I graduated from Northwest Missouri State in 2009 with my Bachelor’s in Biological Psychology and received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2012. I grew up with an extensive sports background including Varsity Football, Soccer, Basketball, and Tennis for Lee’s Summit North High School, and then pursued football in college at Northwest Missouri State being part of 4 National Championship appearances. After graduating from Rockhurst I continued to play indoor football around the Midwest before joining the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League and was awarded a tryout with the New York Jets of the NFL in 2015. Throughout my football career, I had the opportunity to practice PT around the United States in various settings with my wife, Lindsey, who is an Occupational Therapist. I have concentrated therapy experience in sports injuries/surgeries, geriatrics recovering from joint replacement, spine rehab, neurological disorders, pediatrics, and general rehab. With my McKenzie training and Bloodflow Restriction Therapy certification, I bring a different approach than traditional PT. I live in Blue Springs with my wife, 2 daughters, a dog, and cat. I enjoy working out, yard work, hunting, and sporting events.

Aly is awesome!
I grew up in Prior Lake, Minnesota and found my way into Missouri for college. I attended Missouri Valley College on a softball scholarship where I was a catcher and first baseman. At MVC I studied Exercise Science and graduated with my Bachelors in just three years with honors. I moved to Kansas to live with my fiancé and we now have two dogs that keep us plenty busy. After getting settled in Kansas, I went back to school at Concorde Career College and got my degree to become a physical therapist assistant. With being an athlete my whole life I have always had a passion for sports, which led me to my career choice. I have had my fair share of sports injuries and would love to get athletes back to playing the games they love. In my free time I am usually found on a softball field, watching football, playing with my dogs, or painting.
